I received a set of OPI Pure Lacquer Nail Apps in my September Black Box. So I decided to give them a try. The directions say to place the strip on clean, dry nails, but the strips are not sticky enough to stick to dry nails. So I tried painting on some clear polish, than sticking the strip to the nail while the polish was still sticky. That worked to solve the sticking problem. So I waited till the polish drys than began the filing part to trim off the extra strip. But as i filed in a downward motion as the directions said but the strip began to shred. Which completely ruined the strip. So for me, this didn't work out. Monday, October 7, 2013
